1. Scope

This policy applies to physical products listed on our Gear page, such as route wallets, tool kits, and roster clipboards, purchased directly from Rejuvenexpel.

2. Return Window

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to inspection.

3. Condition Requirements

Items must be unused, free of damage, and include all included accessories. We cannot accept returns of products showing wear from outdoor use.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Email contact@rejuvenexpel.world with your order reference, item name, and reason for return. We provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return address.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. We recommend trackable shipping for returns.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless we made an error.

7. Exchanges

To exchange for a different item, indicate your preference when contacting us. Availability is confirmed before you ship the return.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Digital route files, downloadable GPX data, and personalized roster printouts are not eligible for return once delivered electronically.
